1. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders all over Pakistan. There are no hidden fees or extra handling charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after you place your order.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation call or message via WhatsApp/SMS to verify your delivery address.

3. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Our standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Deliveries to major cities (like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad) usually take 2 to 3 days, while remote areas or villages may take up to 5 business days.

4. Payment Method

  • We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all our customers in Pakistan. You only pay when the courier rider delivers the package to your doorstep.

5. Order Tracking & Support

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking number or status update will be provided if available.
